RESERVATION POLICIES
This information will help you understand the full conditions of our reservation management process. Please read through it and let us know if you have questions.
CONFIRMATION
• Please verify all the information before making your deposit.
• A 50% deposit is required to guarantee reservation.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.
• Guests are welcome to make the full payment at any time.
• By making any deposit, you agree to our cancellation policies.
TIP: Use your Reservation N° as a reference for payment details or any questions.
PAYMENT METHODS
• PAYPAL: Use your PayPal account or pay directly with your Credit or Debit Card. Go to the Reservation Section on our website. Our PayPal email is reservas@explorelatarde.com.
• CREDIT CARDS: Available upon arrival. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
• WIRE TRANSFER OR BANK DEPOSIT: We accept local and international bank transfers. Bank account information will be provided by email. For international transfers, we recommend using WISE if available in your country.
• CASH: It is our preferred payment method, available upon arrival.
All payments are made to PROYECTO ECOTURISTICO LA TARDE S.A. Please note that to cover partial fees for online payments, we charge a fixed fee of 2.5% for all payment methods except for cash. This fee helps us maintain our online payment system and ensure your transactions are safe and secure. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
MODIFICATIONS
• Date changes can be made without charge with 15 days' advance notification (subject to availability). Please email us to make any changes to your reservation.
• In the event of a natural disaster, emergency, or situation beyond our control, La Tarde reserves the right to cancel reservations without previous notification. In these cases, your reservation can be rescheduled, or your deposit will be refunded.
• Ecoturístico La Tarde is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations caused by situations beyond our control.
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations are to be made via email or WhatsApp.
• 30 days before the arrival date, a full deposit refund will be issued.
• 15 to 29 days before the arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be issued.
• 14 days or less before arrival date, deposit refunds will not be issued.
• If the reservation has been paid in full, cancellations made 10 days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 9 days or less before the arrival date will not receive a refund.
REFUNDS
• Refunds outside of Costa Rica will be made through PayPal only.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of confirmation.
• Once services have been provided, refunds are not possible.
